🎮 McAlester High School eSports Shines in State Playoffs 🎮

Yesterday, our talented Buffaloes competed in the eSports State Playoffs, showcasing skills in EA: College Football 24 and Valorant.
🔹 Valorant Team:
Colin Howell, David Perry, Jesse Larson, Jaxon Wilcox, and Brady McNatt gave it their all, advancing to the quarterfinals before narrowly falling short. We’re so proud of their teamwork and effort!
🔹 EA: College Football 24:
Asher Hall faced tough competition against Broken Bow but bounced back with resilience, securing a win in the loser’s bracket. He’s now headed to State for a rematch!

But that’s not all—on December 17th at SWOSU in Weatherford, we’ll also be competing in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate!
🔸 Smash Bros. Team:
Ralph Pardillo (ranked #2), David Perry (ranked #8), Oscar Dorado, and Brady McNatt are among the top seeds competing for the championship in the Upper Division, facing off against 90 of the best from across the state.

This is a particularly special moment for seniors Ralph Pardillo, David Perry, and Oscar Dorado, who’ve worked tirelessly for four years to make this dream a reality. The team is coached by MHS teacher, Mr. Martin Emery.

Check out some highlights from yesterday, including a special moment when our State Squad rang the success bell!

Let’s congratulate and support these incredible students as they prepare to represent McAlester on the big stage!
